| okay kids, i know 99.9% of you don't really care about this, but if you go to jhs [or any area school you should at least pay some attention].
area schools have cut over $5000 in after school activities. this means many, many clubs are going to be eliminated, including teen tv. this is bad for anyone involved in Chautauqua Youth Media, anyone into video/film/television/media or just needs somewhere to hang out after school. kids do projects there that need to be completed for class, i've made all of my nysssa entries there. losing this is going to fucking blow.
what i want to know is why art programs are the first to be cut. sure enough, clubs that could very easily just meet during a lunch set that aren't education related aren't restricted. i know this has happened at cvcs recently as well. the art/music teachers don't get nearly enough funding while the school can go buy new lights for the football field. why is it that sports teams never have to struggle for their funding? i'm by no means debunking sports. i can't do that shit. but they shouldn't be handed a blank check to whittle away at while other programs are losing their funding.
i don't know. it's just a crazy thought i had.

| so the first week of school was pretty decent. my classes are ap english 11 with mrs price on a & c days ap us history with twinam on b & d days photo with carlson a cappella lunch keyboarding with post applied chemistry with siderits.
what a great day. im not even being sarcastic. i really like all my classes thus far. keyboarding is so easy. i can already touch-type so i get everything done & surf the internet for 45 minutes. whats not to like?
today i went apartment hunting with aaron. he found a really nice apartment in westfield. no joke, its great. and his landlord seems pretty nice. the other apartments we went to were really gross. kind sucks about him moving again though =/ oh well, i shall still be able to see him.

| junior year looms ahead, and the last week of vacation becomes a long, dark tea-time of the soul.
i have completed one more of the essays due the first day, approximately 5 left to do. i think i can get it done.
so life has been somewhat dramatic. i dont really want to get into the specifics, but ill just say that i think things are better, but im not sure yet. dsljdsfljsdlfkjsdflksjdfsldk people make me angry.
yesterday danielle & i filmed for about several hours strait. she just had a concept & i went over & we ganked this guys apartment & filmed in there. it was pretty awesome. when she is a famous film director i will be her muse and appear in all the movies.
the film is a morbid little piece, her take on the "to be or not to be" bit by William Shakspeare involving drugs & death.
